how to insert and animated gif into dreamweaver?

I am taking a website development class online and I am having trouble on inserting an animated gif. I made it in fireworks and I have saved and exported it correctly (with the instructions i have from the teacher). How do I insert the animated gif into dreamweaver and have it work properly? I imported using insert image. Was that wrong? I checked in the wed browser and the image didn't move at all.

i am having a serious problem in website development using asp and c sharp.?

i have to send sms from website (pc) to mobile using gsm mobile phone. and i dont know coding for it in c sharp which can send sms through website(pc) by detecting gsm phone attached to pc. so can anybody give me coding for it or link of such a project in asp and c sharp that can send sms from website to mobile. i will be very thankful. plz help me i am in much need
