I have an iPod touch 4th generation. It froze on me, so I tried doing a hard reset. Stupid me, I did it wrong and put it in recovery mode. Now it's telling me to connect it to iTunes. I do that, and it tells me that the iPod needs to be restored. When I click that, after a few minutes, it says "iPod cannot be restored. error: 1611". I've gone through this 3 to four times with the same results. The Apple website tips aren't helping and I don't know what to do! Please help!

Does anyone know a website and/or tips for gaining weight and muscle mass? I am 25 years old, 6' 2'' tall and weigh about 145 lbs. I work 4 ten hour days doing electrical construction so I don't have time to go to the gym monday - thursday... I would also like tips on what foods to eat and when to eat them. Thanks.
